I complete the remote energy healing ahead of our call, so our time together is fully conversational.

During our Zoom session, I share:

- If you have book an extended 80 minute session, these also include coaching/mentorship

- Our call will be recorded and the audio file sent to you.
- After our session you are encouraged to take time for yourself, get extra rest, get outside and drink a lot of water. Try to book during a time where you will be able to do this.

If I have a business, how do I know which session to book?
If you have a business and you would like the specific focus to be on your business energy (and how you are connected to it), what the undercurrents are, then book an Energetic Business reading. In these readings I often get a visual for your business and I work with that and you.
If you would like a personal energy session instead, without a specific focus on business, please choose that. This does not mean your work will not be in the session, but my focus will not be on the foundations of your business. And my energy focus will be on your personal energy. This switches primary focus.
