As always, please remember that this is a group reading for the people inside of this container. So if it fits, let it fit. If it doesn't apply, let it fly.
And I just invite you to take a few minutes, or a few moments even, and just close your eyes. Taking some deep breaths and calling yourself into this moment, with the intention that as you're reading through these messages, you will know which ones are intended for you. And if you're not sure, it's OK. You received what you needed regardless.
So I started with grounding for everyone. I really felt some pain from past popping up, maybe old stories that have been lingering or becoming more prominent during this eclipse season, things that keep popping into your mind. Give yourself grace and ease with it. What would it feel like to not give it attention anymore?
Some of you were struggling with grounding, and I felt this energy of uncertainty, which is why that grounding felt harder. To some degree, there is always a level of uncertainty. So you also get to be where you are in the present moment, even if there's somewhere else you want to be, or things feel really uncertain about the future.
And I just felt this big relief, and it actually happened a lot throughout the session, like a full exhale, release, after the grounding was complete.
So starting with the heart center, I felt this energy of like, you've been through a lot, you've overcome a lot, but where is the joy. And I heard, you have to call it back. So I was calling back the joy energy to each of you, and as we were doing that, we were also clearing away this past stagnant energy and pain, opening up more space for more opportunities, miracles, love, and wealth to enter. And again, there was another big feeling of relief.
Some of you have been holding on tight to specific outcomes, and there is a weight to that holding. And the holding seems to be connected to breath. So as you're listening to this or reading these notes, please check in with your breath. Are you holding your breath, or just breathing really shallow? And then asking yourself, what other areas of my life am I holding onto tightly. You get to expand, grow, and change, and with that, the trajectory of your life gets to expand, grow, and change.
Eclipse portals, are these momentum-building spaces And we are also in Virgo season, so with this rapid change, with this energy of Virgo, tending to the body to support continued expansion is gonna be really important, in ways that are best for you. Or if you feel called to try a new way, I highly recommend doing that as well.
Again, there was like another big release, this happened a lot, I felt it for you guys. cleared grief around the heart and the lungs, with either loss of a person. But I also felt grief around what was, or what you thought could be, and there was frustration at times with what is. So there is always a call to come back to the present, back into this moment, out of the mind and into the body.
And I balanced and opened space in the heart, and when I did that, some trapped emotions popped up, which were unworthy of love, taken for granted, lust, and panic. Take a moment to check in and see which one of those are for you, or if none of them are, that can happen as well. Some of these felt pretty new, but many were from the past, so it was clearing those.
And then the throat was next: indecisiveness about what to say, and overwhelm, were there. And another huge sigh of relief, like releases all around today, and there was a reminder that it's OK to let go now, it actually is over, you actually can move on, it's OK. So I balanced the throat and moved up to the crown.
And I felt like some of you needed like a reboot or a reset, like a reset with your connection to self and spirit. And it was called to pull a tarot card and Eight of Wands is what I received. So that might mean something to you, but you know, really this message from the crown is one of trust, and listen to your gut feelings, and just trust your instinct.
There was a need to reconnect to personal power and call back your energy and power to you, so I did that.
And then balanced the crown.
Moving to the root chakra. Most felt like they had an unbalanced root. There was a fear of the unknown, this question of will it work out, the question of am I safe, what am I even doing, where am I going. And there was trapped emotions of rejection, taken for granted again, and longing, so it was clearing those. Rejection felt like it was from the past.
And taken for granted felt interesting, and I kind of felt it was in two parts, like for different people.
So one, for some of you, are you putting yourself in situations that are carrying this energy, causing this energy for you to feel taken for granted, with lack of boundaries or choices.
And then with two, there was this energy of being taken advantage of by society, like the styles and norms are feeling like you were promised one thing, but that isn't how it turned out, and then like the frustration that can go with that.
So then cleared those, tended to the roots, called in this like a healthy, vibrant light, clearing out stagnation.
Moved into the sacral, and I felt sadness for some right away, so I sent calming and soothing energy to the space.
Then 3rd eye- some of you seem to be doing some really deep healing of the mind, old thought patterns, old beliefs, old ways of thinking, or outsourcing even. And it's great, and it shows, but it is still healing, so making sure you are giving yourself grace as the energy from the past dissipates, and the new energy comes in to rewire that fully.
Some of you had cords to the future, like holding onto a specific future outcome that they were desiring, and that was actually keeping you anchored in a way. Like, it's not necessary that this specific outcome happens or comes to pass, or even if it does come to pass, you don't have to be gripping onto it so hard for it to come to pass. You don't have to grip so tightly to make sure that an outcome happens. So we cleared those cords.
Then I cleared general cords, refreshed cords that needed a refreshing, filled patches, we balanced, we shielded, and placed this energy of expanse around you, and this energy of being open to miracles and magic.
