The Earth and Spirit Witch LLC offers coaching, mentorship, courses, memberships, digital products, workshops, events, retreats, and other educational or experiential offerings, which may be delivered virtually or in person.

All offerings are provided as is and are intended for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

NO MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

Kelly Newton is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

Nothing provided through our services should be considered medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

You agree that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. If at any time you require medical or mental health support, you agree to seek assistance from a qualified professional.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results

  • There are no guarantees regarding outcomes or transformation

  • Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and participation

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in coaching, energy work, events, or other offerings, whether virtual or in person.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Sessions, programs, and events must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not refunded

  • Repeated last-minute reschedules may result in loss of rescheduling privileges

COACHING and Energy  SESSIONS

  • Coaching and Energy sessions are conducted via audio or video call

No specific experience or outcome is guaranteed.

EVENTS, COURSES & PROGRAMS

For virtual or in-person events, workshops, courses, or retreats:

  • You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing

  • The Earth and Spirit Witch LLC and any associates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation

Some offerings may include journals, workbooks, or personal materials intended for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

When you purchase or enroll in an offering, you may be added to our email list for relevant communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

TESTIMONIALS & SHARING

We may share testimonials, feedback, or general experiences on our website or social media. Testimonials are shared respectfully.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have any concerns or issues, you agree to contact us directly so they may be addressed in good faith before pursuing any formal dispute.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
