Membership Agreement + Waiver

By joining this membership, you agree to the following:

1. All Sales Final – Because this is an energetic and digital container, all sales are final. You’re always free to cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you have a free 3 day trial, your membership MUST be canceled before renewal. 

2. Not Therapy – This membership, mentorship, or any rituals offered are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

3. Personal Responsibility – You acknowledge that emotional, mental, and physical effort may be required, and you take full responsibility for your own well-being.

4. Ritual Safety – Rituals may involve candles or other flammable items. You are solely responsible for safe practices and for monitoring any open flames.

5. Liability Release – You release Kelly Newton and The Earth and Spirit Witch LLC (and any guest facilitators) from responsibility for injury, loss, or damages related to your participation.

6. Community Standards – You understand Kelly Newton is not responsible for the actions or behaviors of other participants.
