​ AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY​​

I understand that there are no guarantees of the outcome of this mentorship, that this mentorship  is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

I recognize that this mentorship may require emotional, physical, and mental effort, and exertion on my part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional injury. I fully acknowledge and take full responsibility for all the risks involved.

I understand that ritual practices involves the use candles and flammable items. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor the candle, flame and ritual while lit and not leave the flame unattended. 

In the event that I am injured, I agree to assume any financial obligation, either through my personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs I incur. My facilitator, Kelly Newton, or any guest facilitators, will assume no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by me in connection with this course.

I understand that The Earth and Spirit Witch LLC and/or Kelly Newton may anonymously share my wins and takeaways from this course, energy healing session or other event.  

I understand that there are no refunds for this container. 

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement and Release of Waiver of Liability. By purchasing a spot in this mentorship, I acknowledge that I enter this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my purchase serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
